Insurance
Reimbursement by insurance carriers will vary depending upon the patient’s policy and coverage. Patients will be provided with the appropriate receipts for easy submission to their insurance provider for any potential out of network reimbursement. I am not a medicare provider.

Regular on-going visits: $75
